I did the 10 month payment plan. I can see my tickets in my all vols ticketmaster account but I can't transfer/sell them until the final payment goes through on June 30th. My tickets never show in my ticketmaster app, they are in the Tennessee Athletics app ... which makes you log into your ticketmaster account.
