When are they going to stop adding bowls?

simple, basic economic. Demand v supply. Supply will increase until demand diminishes. The cities see them as cash cows so they will jump into the mix until they cost more than they bring in.

Instead of asking the question "why are there more bowls", you should be asking "what are all these bowls doing that makes everyone want one". Go look up the tax revenue for various cities that have a bowl. Keep in mind these are held during normally dead periods in the tourism business. Hotels fill, people eat and drink, cities rake in taxes. Economics, my boy. Maybe a little Andy Spiva would do you good.

Actually, if you don't want anymore, stop watching them. The ratings for almost every bowl are pretty good, even the ones where hardly anyone is there, and that is what makes the money.

Tony Spiva...thanks for bringing that up. A Brooks Brothers blazer from M.S. McClellan and a whale-tail Porsche.

Are college football fans the only ones who complain about having too many games to watch?

Anytime now someone will post how giving these college age people a trophy from the Papa Johns Bowl (or fill in your favorite lower tier bowl) is contributing to the moral decay of America.

I vote to give bowls to both Austin & Charleston. One bowl called the "Toilet Bowl" & the other one called the "Slim Shady Bowl". LOL!

I don't mind all the bowl games myself. I just enjoy watching college football games. Especially when they're close with teams I don't pull for.

Maybe one day my 2nd favorite college football team the ETSU Bucs can land in one of these bowls. Maybe the Toilet Bowl. Ha! :)
