If you agree that the light finally came on for this team, then when did you notice it come on?

For me it came on for the defense at the WKU game. They showed us that they have a knack for creating turnovers and capitalizing on the offenses mistakes. They've created turnovers in every game now if I recall. They are forcing the QB to make quick decisions, they are getting sacks, and not getting beat deep as much!

At QB, the light came on when Worley retuned during the UF game, throwing for a TD and a few picks. But I saw a different Worley, a gamer. He was gutsy in his throws and has been gutsy ever since and has had better accuracy. He has created opportunity, created plays on his feet when he needed to. He has been a leader. It's a shame we lost to UGA, but that's how it happens in the SEC. We are competing with everyone except Oregon. I couldn't be happier. I'm unsure that we beat bama but I don't chalk it up as a loss. If our team plays like they have been playing past few weeks, then it'll be a nail biter. They are in for a dog fight.

Most importantly, I really enjoy watching this team play/grow. They are very special to our program.

Lastly....Palardy.

The D has been steadily improving all year. The offense turned it on truly 2nd half Georgia. They are still inconsistent but they have proven they can move the ball against a quality opponent, at least at times, and that's a huge step forward.

Every week that light has been flickering and slowly but surely the molding process is coming together and that orange bulb is starting to shine & hopefully will stay on for many many many hours!!! Between our team, Coaches, The Pride, and fans, we're coming together in solidarity!!!

GO VOLS..
GO BIG ORANGE ...

Agree with everyone. If we could polish Worley up a little more and keep him from wasting some throws/downs during drives, we could definitely make a scary run the rest of the season.

This in particular has been exciting to watch. Seeing Big Dan bust through the line at full speed pressuring Connor Shaw yesterday was a mixture of frightening and exciting. All the players seem to be playing their best football right now and I couldn't be happier for them.

Halftime UGA Game

No doubt in my mind I heard an audible click at the half of the UGA game. Though we lost that game the seed was planted for this team to succeed. Looking forward to the remainder of this season as are all of us here I suspect. Go Vols.

This. This. This. The 3 and outs in the last 6 quarters have usually come due to a wasted play/throw. I think little by little we are seeing Worley understand that running and sliding for 3 yards is better than panicking and chucking it 10 yds over the bench or a 5 yd bouncer. If you squint you can see a young McCarron in him if he can continue to improve. We've seen him make incredible throws (see North one handed catch) but the consistent accuracy isn't there (see North's other two catches).
