The team reports Aug. 3. Media Day is set for Aug. 5. The team puts the pads on for the first time Aug. 8 and classes begin Aug. 23. The season begins Saturday, Sept. 2 against California at 5:30 p.m. The game will be televised by ESPN.

teacher in service could be expanded to all summer! Just think of all the public service duties that teachers could assume at no extra cost!...ok im shuttin up LIO :blush2:

I agree. Life just isn't the same on Saturdays without hearing the roaring crowds and melodious strains of Rocky Top. I am ready for them to "strap-um-on" and roll out the oranger and white Slobber-Knockers.

I want to hear "Pound the Rock and Run to Victory

I love it, football season is sneaking right up on me. This week's Sports Illustrated cover is dedicated to fantasy football. The College Football Preview issue shouldn't be too far away now.

Does anybody know if Media day on Aug 5th will be open to the public to watch and if so what time does it start? :dunno:
