Can they use points of reference for different angle?
Yo me doing this can help you figure more out or do they have to look at each view as stand alone?
In case you don't know what I mean by a point of reference. Say they are looking at an angle to see if the ball carrier crossed the goal-line before he was down.
Angle 1 you can see his arm/forearm is not down, but you can't see his knee
Angle 2 you can see the knee is down but you can't see where the ball is.
So you look at angle 1 at the exact frame that you see something unique. Then look at angle 2 to get to that exact point. Then you could judge where his knee was when the ball went down.
Are refs allowed to do this?
