How long is he supposed to be out with that ankle. How bad is the ankle injury?

I was just about to post a thread asking the same thing. Mississippi State is a very competitive team. Need him tonight in a bad way. Can't wait to see Pons light it up at the 3 again tonight. If Springer plays tonight we win by 7 to 10 points. Let's get it!!!

Barnes said he was actually supposed to have played Saturday but the ankle tweaked again in warm ups. I guess we wont know until he's played most of a game if he's really ready to go.

While not an all star performance, Springer's presence definitely made the difference. Not sure how ugly it would have looked without him. He had 4 turnovers, but at least it was while he was penetrating and trying to make a play. He scored 9 points and 5 assists. Without him we only score 40 something points on our home court...

Springer makes the offense go, imo. He can get to the paint at a triple threat position, almost any time he wants and good things happen when he does. If he hits a 3 or two, then he can give us baby-Westbrook numbers 18-6-6. I like the way Keon demanded the ball and/or went and got the ball, himself at the end of the game. If Springer and Keon can carry this team, offensively, then it opens up everything for Pons, Fulk, Vescovi, James and Bailey, well, hell, everybody, that plays and can shoot or get open down low
