Where do we go from here

I understand that in the end you have to do whats best for you and your family but the stunt that the kiffin's and ed have pulled is classless. Here it is 3 weeks before signing day and he is gone. Forget about us, what about the recruits! The EE's! Fugate, Milton and Bray have already practiced with the team. They dont have a choice of leaving now! Kiffin has completely left them out to dry. Where do our other recruits go from here?! They have to start the recruiting process all over and with 3 weeks to do it and I dont blame them for looking elsewhere.

I was laughing when Carroll pulled this move but it has happened to us and now we're getting the worst out of this Seahawk, Vol, Trojan triangle. We all became weary of Fullmer at the end of his tenure. But one thing is damn sure and that is HE WAS ALL VOL. He played for us and coached us for many years. He was never going to rape us and leave us lying naked as did lane kiffin. You dont see many of these kinds of coaches anymore. You see young hot shots looking for the next best thing and willing stab anyone in the back to attain it.

Next to the day before signing day, this is the worst time he could have done this. There are just some things you dont do and im sorry if you disagree but this is one of them. Coaches are supposed to have their heart and souls invested in the schools they represent and by that I mean more than working your butt off for us like he did. Have some integrity instead of using us as a means to an end.

We are no doubt in a tough situation and probably will be for a while now. I know this is tough guys because we were just working our way out of mediocrity(which is not the way we do things around here) but it will always get better. Guess you can only trust a vol whos been one for life.

Whether it be the ncaa investigations involved with usc or something else, Kiffin will get whats coming to him. Believe that. Go Vols

thats not true.

anyways, we will be fine. So what, CLK and staff left. we may lose some guys, but we WILL Land some guys when we bring in the new staff. its how things go.
in 3 yrs when we're on the way up no one is gonan remember our 7-6 coach.
Eff him.

where do we go from here? we get up and go forward

I understand the need to stay positive, but damn it's getting hard. I'm starting to believe the sky really is falling. With less than a month to NSD, do you really think we get any new kids interested in us with a new staff? I just can't buy that happenning this late in the process. I want to, I really do, but I just don't see it. I think we are royally screwed.

As bad as tonight is, tomorrow will be when the REAL bad news comes. Who knows how many guys will jump ship now? And not only recruits, but players. I talked to Bryce Brown tonight and it doesn't look good! He kept saying he came here for Kiffin and he's tired of being around here right now.

I wish I did. I talked to Bray and he said he is staying, and Milton seemed positive tonight. Maybe you have some positive news you want to share with us?

God, reading this site is going to suck tomorrow. Between bad news and gloating trolls, I'm probably going to develop ulcers.

Yesterday we were worrying about a number crunch...today we are hoping to have a recruiting class...

But I do have some good news....peeked into the future and Bray wins the Heisman in 4 years...

At what school? j/k He will stay with the Vols. Whether or not he has any WR by NSD is another thing.

All I can do at this point is be comical... and will this site ever get back to functioning properly...my dang avatar is still a member of the weasel family....

Talk about the rug being pulled out from under you! All we can hope for now is damage control. The program will go on and we will name another coach by the weekend. I hope and pray it is somone who can get across to these recruits and our fan base that all is not lost. We still have alot of potantial and I feel we still land a top 20 recruiting class....and yes, the sky did fall....how far it fell is left to be seen.......

I gotta say that it's late and I'm addicted to this pain and scrutiny that I keep reading. I purposely stayed off Volnation for a bit and probably will tomorrow, just so I can get some stuff done. I've literally been on the internet for 8 hours. I'm just upset and confused as everyone else. I'm hurt too. I've sat and talked to Facebook Vol fans for 6 of those 8 hours and tried to keep myself updated on some of our recruits statuses. I for one was one of those that was in denial about a possibility of Kiffin leaving. Now, I'm saddened as a fan, but mostly because of how our players were treated and deceived. A part of me feels like we might lose some to FSU and being that I'm here in Tally, I wanna go straight up to those recruits and tell them exactly what I think of Kiffin and his antics which would easily distract them from committing. I might sound a little off right now, but I'm sleep deprived, pms-ing, and emotional! Yes, I am a woman that loves football and most importantly my Vols! For those who know me on here and Facebook, would agree! I don't care how bad it is right now, we are a family and we all know that we will get through this. Now, I'm gonna take a break from this emotional rollercoaster probably tomorrow......unless I hear or see some good news. (Whom I kidding, I'm a Volnatic) I just pulled a Kiffin and lied. Well love you Vol nation family and say your prayers! We're gonna need them for tomorrow.

what are we going to do with out lb corp now? taylor is gone, williams is as good as gone, and we aren't anywhere close to any other prospects
