I've just wondered this for a while.

Obviously, coaches and players have lives every now and then, and have to go out to different places.

Where are some places that you have seen coaches and their families or the player's out?

Just interested to see if ya'll have any cool stories or whatever.

Stalker post is stalking.

No, not stalking.

It's just that you wonder.....you're a Tennessee coach, you make millions of dollars. Probably live in a huge house, nice cars, what do they actually do for a life? Can't go anywhere without someone recognizing you.

Just wondering what they do, and what places people have seen them out. I ain't ever gonna be that rich, so I just like to wonder what people that rich do, haha.

I saw Fulmer and Chavis once, they came to my house down in Montgomery on a recruiting visit when they were recruiting one of my mom's students.

Not sure that was the kind of answer you were looking for, i just wanted to brag :)

I saw Joe Avezzano at the airport, and I saw Phil Fulmer trying to enjoy one drink in peace at the Press Box Lounge, right after he had just lost two OL guys, Mike Jester and Tim Daniels. He was quite decent to chat about it a little bit. This was before head coach, before OC, back when he was OL coach.

I haven't seen him and don't have anything to confirm but one of the players told me that Xavier Mitchell was going to be the DC at a local high school next year. OSHS, I hope that's true.

I saw Doug Dickey doing the backstroke, literally. It was at a resort north of Tampa where I was for a work conference. I went to the pool and there he was doing the backstroke. I was wearing a UT shirt in the pool so it wouldn't gross everybody out. We talked about the UT team. I think it was in 2001 because Casey Clausen had played as a freshman and we were talking about how he would do the next season. It was probably in June, as that is when we usually have those conferences for work.

Nope, sorry. They don't get over here in these neck of the woods. Too far for them to drive I guess or a lack of talent in West part of State. :cray: :ermm:

I saw Mike Terry on Cumberland Av in 1982 as he was coming back from a knee injury. I asked if we were gonna get Bama this year, and he said mark it down, we're gonna get em, and we did, for the first time in many years.
