Where is Rivals top 100 2011?

You're right it is. I don't really pay that much attention to scout.

Most people think it'll be late May-early June

And i don't pay attention to Scout either...Rivals is much better IMO

Rivals doesn't have any idea when it will be out and have said as much.

I hate scout. I find most of their info late and inaccurate.
