What ridiculous point are you trying to make now?

When uber right wing Clinton basher Bill McCollum hires this guy and has it blow up in his face because his exprt goes on vacation with a guy he found from rentboy.com, well, it just makes us moderates laugh.

What is it with conservative politicians and what not always being involved in gay scandals? I mean everyone knows Barney Frank and the like are gay, is it the hypocrisy factor?

Is it any surprise that a self-described moderate who enjoys both pottery sculpting and tranny porn is defending gay adoption?

Perhaps his obvious need for the continued and rapt attention of a group of men may now also be more eaaily explained, too.

By, "banned" do you mean, "illegal"?

I ask because its illegal for homosexuals to adopt in Tennessee (as it is similiarly illegal for a man and his goldfish, despite their, "life-partnership"). I also ask because I am compiling a book of monikers and euphamims which liberals use to disguise words such as, "abortion" (re: "pro-choice) and, "illegal" (re: moral dissent) - and need to know if I can include your use of, "banned".

comparing a relationship between a person and a person with a person and a goldfish, great analogy to deny people things in this country. :eek:k:

that has more validity than a goldfish.
Although I personally disagree, I can understand the argument for gay marriage. I can't understand it when people whine about "equality" and "freedom" when it comes to gay marriage, but won't support the same argument about polygamy.

I have a problem with this. There are unfit parents out there in every county in every state that are reported and nothing is done about because the state doesn't want to take on the responsibility of placing the child in another home. I also am not abject to letting polygamists raise their children. Taking a child out of a situation like that does more harm than leaving them in the home they know and the parents they love and that love them.

A child needs love, discipline and direction to reach their full potential. I do not think it matters whether that love comes from a man or a woman or two men or two women. As long as they receive everything they need, they will be able to grow and contribute to society.

So, you're for denying some people the right to marry, ironically enough, by imposing your own personal beliefs upon them?

Are you saying that people are incapable of loving animals as much as humans, or that the love between a human and an animal is somehow lesser than that which exists between two humans?

Who are you to judge the love of another, and then to decide who should or should not be allowed to be married, O Lover of Liberty?

You're clearly a beastist.

I suppose you know many animal/human couples?

I mean is that a serious issue that is relative to the discussion that needs to be addressed. Are human/goat couples upset that they are not allowed the freedom to wed?

All we need is a bunch of pissed off goats.

What if all of this was supplied by someone who was a high-level drug dealer? A person who practices self-mutilation? A couple who each work 70+ hours per week? A hippy who doesn't believe in the use of soap? Mimes?

I just think gay marriage is fundamentally wrong. If you disagree, that's fine, but I can't stand people using arguments like "they're being denied freedom" while calling me a bigot, when those same people have no problem denying something to others that also has no effect on them.
