WHERE THERE’S SMOKE - THERE’S FIRE!

So Kiffin moves over to Bama. Poor Mississippi can’t catch a break. Auburn will be left with its 3rd or 4th choice. KY keeps Stoops forever. A&M keeps Jimbo until they can find 90 million. SC wants to pull an Auburn but don’t have the ballz. And Georgia’s good but losing ground.

Tennessee keeps on truckin.

A&M has $90M sitting around in a cookie jar somewhere. They can and, barring a massive turnaround next year, if he even gets that shot, will fire Jimbo.

They will find Nicky boy face down at his desk, there is no way that guy ever retires.

I’d love for Bama to sour on Saban because of a 2 loss season. I remember those days well.

I’d also love for Saban to retire. But I don’t put much weight into McElroy’s comments. He’s a year older. Of course he is closer than ever to retirement.

That “GUY” lives for his EGO! — Left Michigan State when they started LOSING! — Left LSU on a “down-year”. — Left Miami Dolphins because he “couldn’t put it together.” Almost left Alabama - For Texas (To pad his bank account). Stayed at Alabama (For his EGO — AND to pad his bank account).

AND now that Alabama can’t GUARANTEE Paying the BEST college players (Due to the NIL) — He will Leave AGAIN for the Commentator Job!!!!!

Similar to his protege: Lane Kiffin! - But, more “Cunning”!!!!!!

I swear I saw this thread in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 etc etc etc.

Oh the NIL. Oh the transfer portal, oh the up tempo offense, oh Kiffin is going to drive him crazy at Ole Miss, oh he lost to Smart, oh he lost to Jimbo, oh he is 66, 67, 68....

I hate these Nostradmus-throw-the-same- crap-against-the-wall-enough-times-and- eventually-you-will-be-right threads

If he somehow bounces back and wins another National Championship next year then I would expect him to retire. It looks like this season has taken a toll on him but guys like him don’t want this type of season to be their last.

When O'Brien gets a head coaching job and Golding does something else (whatever that may be) we will see what happens. I think Saban is going to go to a little bit more of a physical offense. I think he is insanely frustrated with "Bryce in shotgun on third down and pray".

McElroy's close to the program. There is a grain of "maybe" in these comments. I know this: The culture of the Alabama fan base is unforgiving when they don't make it to Atlanta. Not all fans, but a ton of them have their blood boiling over the performance of the OC and DC and many push that all the way up the ladder to Saban. Then you get some a-hole like Finebaum to pile on an stir up the toothless legions. I'd say another 2 loss season and he's toast. He doesn't deserve to go out if the team just tanks, and without Bryce Young, he's got at least 4 losses this season. All its gonna take is a mediocre QB and him realizing Kirby has superseded him now in recruiting and staff. Bama fans are still under the impression Saban is on top, and it's now Kirby.

Meanwhile Saban is 108 - 18 in the SEC at Bama and 191 - 28 overall at Bama, but sure..... he's done.

At least collect some rent if this guy's gonna live in your head 24/7.

Wtf are you talking about??? He ain’t living in anyones head. Your man crush is showing

Lulz. This is the third thread about him in a week. He/Bama still gets mentioned in just about any thread connected to college football. He’s in everyone’s head. And your dumb if you can’t man up and admit it.

At some point the rumors will become credible enough that it affects recruiting. When he struggles to land a top 5 class, he will hang it up. Currently, they are #1.

He probably comes back next season but let them lose one early on and watch the pitchforks come out. I can't wait to see the meltdown.
You heard it hear first folks.
