Where to find tickets for NC State game?

I live in Houston, TX area and as you can imagine, it's kind of hard for me to make it to TBA for games. The wife and I have to live off going to A&M home games to see our Vols and now that Texas is joining the SEC we might get to see at least one game a year.

Now to my question - I saw that the NC State game is going to be played in San Antonio but I can't find tickets anywhere. The UT ticket office had no answers either. I even noticed that on ESPN it has links to buy tickets for all the games except this one.

Any idea why it's being played in San Antonio and why tickets aren't available? Appreciate any info here.
