How in the world did one of the nation's best defenses go a complete game without scoring a single sack or interception??? Beck had 3 or more over his last three games. SMDH..... ridiculous

I definitely wouldn’t say any team has played flawlessly against us.. our only other loss was to Arkansas and they scored 19 points good grief

The answer to your question is simple. No blitzes or pressure = no sacks and no turnovers. If you let a decent QB stand back there for 4 to 5 seconds, they are going to find a receiver. And Beck did it all night long.

Simple. We are not as explosive on defense as you'd like to think (also see the Arkansas game with a Center that could barely sniff the field when he was here).

We are a stand your ground defense. At some point you have to be honest unless you truly believe what you're saying.

It doesn't matter if it is 3rd & 25, they would convert! Our defense put NO PRESSURE on Beck & their TE & WR's were WIDE OPEN ALL NIGHT! Too many missed tackles! A terrible game by us & NO HEART!

UGA played like that against Texas and against Bama for a half, and against us - with their backs against the wall and being called “first team out” - at home- for an entire game.

Nobody was beating them tonight - nobody.
Winning on the road in this conference is damn hard - and I am very impressed with how far Nico has come.
I think we are definitely a playoff team- and we should get in. And I’d like another shot at Georgia if we get the chance.
Tonight was just a “tip your cap” moment. We are getting there - still have another couple of classes to go whereby we aren’t ten point dogs to anybody….

Would’ve bet anything Banks would’ve come out after half time with a plan to throw some pressure at Beck. I honestly don’t know wtf we were doing tonight and why we expected a different result. Officiating was damn atrocious but we did plenty to lose ourselves as well.
