Can see pro/cons to play both teams and will need our best game of the year to win.

Would be cool to see the vols play a snow game. The stormtrooper uniform would make it hard for the refs to see us jump offsides/false start our standard 5-10 times a game in a blizzard.

Simple Question.

If we don’t host where would you rather go play?
My backyard so I can watch the game from my deck, with the grill/smoker booking lamb chops, smoked brisket, grilled veggies, served with goat milk stout. Felt lined wool blanket to keep me and Shirley warm.

Yeah, I think Happy Valley is a tougher place to play and it's not really close.

I think you can make a strong argument that we're a tough matchup for either of these teams because of the complexity and uniqueness of our offense. Neither of these teams have faced an offense like the one we run. I'm not saying we have the BEST offense they'll face, just the most unique. It's hard to prepare for. SEC defenses have gotten used to scheming against it. In addition, playing in the cold could be in our favor because of our ability to run the ball. A strong defense and running game can go on the road and play well in cold temps.

It would take our best game since the legendary Bama game in 2022. Every game from here on out will.

Don’t really care, we should be hosting…. Picked PSU cause they do t have quite the talent as OSU.

Honestly I think both will be a big challenge on the road especially if we’re dealing with some snow or inclement weather.

Ohio State is an easier place to play. I’ve need multiple OSU fans complain that the Shoe is like playing at Bryant Denny: all the best seats are taken up by grey hairs that don’t stand and cheer loudly. OSU is a little tougher of an opponent, but the Shoe isn’t as loud as places in the SEC.

Beaver Stadium on the other hand is pretty dang loud but Penn State would be the easier team to face.

Agree. If we play psu they will have less time to prepare since they are in a championship game. I am sure our coaches are busy planning for both osu and psu.

This is a good point. And Ohio St coaches are probably beginning to plan for us, while there's no way Penn St coaches are able to do that, yet. I agree that this makes Penn St the more desirable opponent/destination.
