Wheres Dooley

If Dooley didn't coach against MSU, Vandy and Mizzoo we would have won those games.

You miss my point. The OP posted a pic of Spurrier captioned "Where's Dooley". Has nothing to do with any other teams, such as the ones you mentioned. This is all about UT vs USC. IMO, we would have beat USC last year. Clowney made a great play, Bray fumbled. Had nothing to do with Dooley. Understand???????

Bray should have checked out of the play. The play was dissected on Gruden's QB camp. A well coached QB would have been prepared to adjust or maybe the coach would give him some options and get the offense out of a bad play. So I blame that on Dooley too.

Not a VOL fan IMO!! GTFO.

Real VOL fans don't throw people under the bus. The man tried his best here but things did not work out. He even tried things that looked logical to many at the time that he is now getting blamed for. For example, who could have thought that Sunseri coming out of NC winning program that put all those LB's in the NFL could end up being so bad. And when it comes to offense, there is no doubt he build one of the best offenses in the school history (in 3 years), and recruited some exciting offensive talent along the way (we are still benefiting from the o-line he recruited). Stop the hate and move on - Butch is doing a great job now but Dooley left him a much better situation than he found after Kiffin.

Any moron who takes up for that Dooley guy is no VFL.

:eek:lol:

Any moron who can't do a simple google search to look up the fact that Dooley is the original VFL who founded the VFL program and coined the phrase is an ignorant redneck.

Or if that was not clear enough perhaps you could check with Antone Davis so he can educate you first hand:

Vfl has been used for years he just ha the idea to add the program for the football team

And we should all hate Dooley for coming up with the idea to formalize this use for UT football, right? Should we also hate Butch who is as big on the idea as Dooley was (or if Dooley was wrong about setting that program up why has Butch not dismantled it - cause every  redneck knows full well that whatever no-good Dooley touched must be ripped apart - and while you are it dismantling things all the players Dooley recruited should be dismissed from the team for agreeing to play for that terrible person who hated the Vols so much that he wore orange pants every Saturday (in spite of his UGA loving father getting sick over it).

Lol this. I would love it if he was the HC of one of our yearly opponents. Guaranteed W every time for us.

I don't think our current defensive staff would be looking forward to play against Dooley coached offense again after what he did to them when we demolished Cincy a few years ago.
