He was a failure of epic proportions. Could not run a program, could not manage players, could not do anything. Keep up the hard work, you're rolling.
I said he failed. "Epic proportions"... probably not... but he failed badly and it got worse as he let it sour his attitude with everyone around him.
Even so... only a kid or a moron believes that failures cannot be overcome even to the point of being VERY successful. I've failed. I've achieved some pretty significant things too.
The only way you are 30 and haven't experienced something similar is if you haven't reached very high... are an incredible brown noser or still live in mom's basement.
