why didn't any draft Jason Hall? or Jason Mitchell?

Mitchell is a warrior played hurt almost all last year.

Jason hall I am suprised about, but Mitchell said he was having surgury just so he could walk again, not because he wanted to play in the NFL. I think his knees are shot for good.
