When is this daily dose of reality gonna kick in? I am wondering when all the florida fans gonna look at the passer rating and see Eric Anige at the top of the NCAA and florida's pathetic lead on us as far as yards per game is 25 yards. And beside the fact that Anige has thrown for more yards than Leak and more touchdowns. And I understand that losing two key players hurts but it DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE TEAM ITSELF IS DOOMED, it gets old when you look at espn and see the blog injuries plague VOLS. Come on last time I checked a team is about 70 players and all want to show what they can do at the D1 collegiate level.

By my count, Erik Ainge is 5-6 v. Top 25. One of those wins is Clausen's comeback against LSU.

I am saying looking at the record versus ranked teams has very little bearing on current performance. After all, Erik Ainge is leading the country in passer effeciency. Last year he could not hit the broad sign of the barn.

well please tell me who else in the sec has a good qb? not georgia, not sc, or vandy, or ky, or ole miss, or miss st, LSU and Aubrn have good qbs, n ainge is on his way to makin that list

If Leak wins the SEC Championship this year, he will have as many SEC titles as the greatest quarterback in the history of your school. And Peyton Manning was great. You have to at least concede somewhat that Leak's talent has been stifled by 1) an incompetent coaching staff his first two years and 2) a revolving door of offensive coodinators and new offenses.

This year is the only time in his career he has had the same offensive scheme to begin the year. Given his talent and intelligence, I believe he will light it up this year. After saturday one of us will be right.
