Which of these three is the biggest?

1. Stewart being the points leader.

2. Dale Jr. not in the Chase.

3. Both Stewart/Haas cars in the chase at this point.

Wouldn't be surprised in the least. With Brian at the helm, NASCAR has done a piss poor job of thinking things through all the way, rather they just change things and tweak them to fit as they go.

But yet michael Waltrip is 34th in points, and has amassed a total of ........1 top ten this year, obiviously his equiptment is better but he still can't put together a decent year.

If Nascar is going to tweak the chase, then it will be to include the driver leading the vote for most popular driver. That way they get to include the golden boy, ohh, the 88 just lost another lap.

They should do something where top 10/12 get locked into the chase, then the driver with the most wins or maybe most poles, if they are not in the chase also get in. If the driver with the most wins is in then they get to pick a 11/13th driver.
