Jason Whitlock has placed Cal at 21 and UT at 22 in his preseason rankings. He actually has USC and OREGON above Cal...not too sure about Oregon. Also, West Virginia is his number one (surely because of their schedule...not their team strength). I hope Cal is more like a 21 than a 9 ... but I'm not too sure. I would place them more in the range of 13-16...behind a 7 or 8 USC, but ahead of Oregon for sure. I actually like the 22/23 ranking for UT. Things are going to get interesting on the 2nd!! :clapping:
