I haven't really kept up with it, but the only one I've heard about is Giles, and how he was pretty impressed with SCar.

the only ones i think we'll miss is Giles, and Swearinger..
i'm just glad we also have Oku,
and hopefully we can pull in a safety who is rated as high or even high than swearinger to ease the pain..

but for loosing a head coach, it aint bad at all

Its great that we've kept Boyd, Askew, Oku .... but there is still plenty of time for them to decommit

i dont really expect too many other decommits. a kid would want to get out of this quick as possible and explore his options, we are less than 3 months from signing day and there is a lot of red tape to go through when enrolling in college. let alone signing a contract to play football at division 1 level.

Sounds like OL Phillips may be considering LSU. His friend committed there and Allen is gonna be there.

Phillips talked more about the four schools as expected visits outside of Tennessee.

Alabama: "It’s a nice atmosphere. Coach Saban is a good coach. He wants the best out of his players. He is a nice coach to play for."

Florida: "I have been a Florida fan since I was a little. I have always liked Florida."

LSU: "It’s wild down there. It’s a nice atmosphere to play in. The fans are crazy. My friend, Josh [Williford], committed to them this year. I went to a couple camps with him this summer. Dominique Allen may end up going to LSU as well."

Olive Branch (Region 1, No. 2) will host Clinton (Region 2, No. 3) Friday night in the first round of the state playoffs.
:ermm:

He said he's still committed and is gonna "wait and see" who we get, but i've heard that before. The article also says that Alabama is going after him really hard.

i wonder what commitments if any have been contacted by the remaining coaching staff to ensure their commitments and maybe any information to the offensive game plan for 09 or maybe mention of the next head coach..

Is that realistic?

according to an interview that Gerald Jones did recently that doesn't sound realistic.
