Attention to?

I have read where a lot of players are getting the most attention from USC, Notre Dame, Florida, etc. I do not recall many players saying they get the most attention from Tennessee.

Is CDD and co. giving most of their time to a select few players or what? It seems to me that we should be giving as much, if not more, attention to players as these other big time schools.

I think you are being paranoid. They are hammering the recruits they want with daily emails, handwritten notes, the gamut. They are doing all the things they should do.

Thanks for the diagnosis. What would you prescribe doctor? ;)

On a more serious note, I didn't mean to seem paranoid. Meant to find out who we are pursuing the hardest.

just yesterday, Jay Rome said we, along with UGA, Bama, and UF were giving him the most attention... im sure if you asked Richardson, Clear, Arnett, Johnson, Wright, etc. you would hear that we were giving as much attention to them as anyone else, if not more... maybe those interviews you read are with kids we dont have a shot with or are from other parts of the country

This staff is not as public about anything as the last staff was. They work under the radar. Don't overract to not hearing anything

Haha, once again didn't mean to overreact.

This is understandable, I guess that is the one thing I liked about the kiffin administration... how outspoken they were. I do believe CDD pulls in a great class, and that his classes will get progressively better.

I've read this numerous times, and yes I read interviews about kids that I know we are pursuing hard, as well as ones that are more of a personal want. We are not arnett's favorite, nor do we give him the most attention. Same could be said for Wright. And who are these "etc" you speak of?

When I say the team giving the most attention to a player, I mean the. Singular.

As mentioned above, I guess it is just the way CDD operates as opposed to kiffin and co.

I've read several quotes from recruits who say that they are hearing from UT a lot. Some have said that we are pursuing them the hardest.

I do think that Dooley and Co are being fairly selective and aren't spending too much time on kids that they don't think they can land.

I do know that we have been working hard on Clowney.

Clowney would be the take of the century... with everyone in agreement that we are good, I firmly believe we are good. Thanks volnationers and go vols!

I heard Dooley say he is going to have a bunch of official visits for the Bama game only. Does anyone know who these visitors will be? Thanks.
