When the head coaching change is made, who would you like to see stay on from the offensive coaches? Who is most likely to stay if given the chance?

Graham and Pittman, but it will be up to the next coach. I do think they will be looked at by the next staff though.

Graham and Pittman. Possibly Hinshaw due to his recruiting. Imagine him being able to sell a winner as a HC.

I'd keep em all except Coiner. While we do have a lot of talent on offense, the key to their production is CONTINUITY... the familiarity with the offense helps our players develop faster and play faster! The offense isn't the problem.

Any head-scratching decisions on O made by the previous regime can be fixed by whoever the new HC will be.

Definitely Graham and Pittman...not 100% on Hinshaw, unless he is allowed to move back to QB coach spot.

If bray, hunter and patterson all leave, then you keep only graham and pittman and maybe hinesaw. the rest go with dooley.

Nobody stays except the trainers and Physical Therapists.
It's a new day in Knoxville. Dooley knows he is gone, but is not quitting because of the buyout. You can look for a brand new coaching staff. This time they did it right.

I know your kidding, but really, Sunseri may be the worst coach ever?

Man he is. Just trying to keep the thread alive :)

I'd throw in the S&C Coach. Seems as if we've been in every game physically and injuries have been minimized. Some of this could be attributed to depth though...

Yeah, this is pretty much what I was thinking. However, I would prefer the next HC have total control as to who his assistants will be. That's why Cut refused to come when Hamilton offered. The HC simply has to have the freedom to hire and fire his assistants - his own job is riding on it.

Why would you keep jay, you think our running backs have performed to sec standards. No, i can see pittman, receivers coach, off.cordinator but thats all everything else kick out the front door and lock it behind them.

I have 2 or 3 that merit staying but the fact is that any new coach will probably want to bring in his own coaches that already know the systems he wants to run and it should always be the right of a HC to hire whatever coaches he wants to work under him.

VFL...GBO!!!

JG, along with Pittman have turned our running game around. Compared to the previous couple of years, our running game is very much improved.

Have you seen our RBs this year?!?!?!!! CJG has these guys performing up to SEC standards...I mena what did Neal do last year...nothing...did Lane even see any playing time...imagine what CJG would have done with Foster or Poole...now I know a lot of this has to do with teh O-Line, but or RBs have been playing inspired, "Tennessee RB" football...you definitely try to keep CJG!!!

On the second part, I have never been a fan of Jim Chaney, but he has done great job with the offense this year...I don't really know if the game time decision debacles (abondaning the run, mis-management of the calls in late situations, etc.) are his fault or Dooley's...but he would definitely be on the fence.
