They totally did give one sided coverage to CJ and his son during the Mike Leach firing. They have been running a monopoly for years. Acting like what they say is gospel. You can't support an employees son like that and defemate a person how they did. If nothing else they should be taught to shut there mouth and quit acting like they are the sporting news gods.

I have long been leery of ESPN's brand of intentionally biased sports reporting. I hope this lawsuit wakes them up to the fact that they do not need to be dabbling in yellow journalism.

Leach will run out of money long before ESPN does. Will never be tried

That's why espn does what they do. EVen if Leach doesn't win this should inspire others to come out if they feel espn did something unjust. I hope for a precedent.

Yeah, I bet a frivolous lawsuit by a certifiable nutjob like Leach has ESPN quaking in their shoes.

Leach is an idiot. He better hope he gets a coaching job because his broadcasting skills are atrocious.

Acting like a nut job and being called on it isn't illegal last I checked.

He is the worst broadcaster I have ever heard. Second place is not even close.

I think Leach is insane in general but I really hope ESPN and James have to bite the curb for all the bs they pulled.

SPORTSbyBROOKS realtalk: Why Is Mike Leach Really Suing ESPN?

Fantastic post.

As a long-time supporter of Leach, I'll be very happy if he comes out on top. ESPN's coverage was incredibly one-sided...Craig James and his ***** of a son can go out of the public eye for as long as possible as far as I'm concerned.

Still blows my mind that there was strong support for handing Leach the keys to Tennessee football. The guy is a nutcase.

ESPN sucks, but unfortunately it's really the only place around here for sports stuff.

They pushed it too far when they claimed UConn's women's basketball team beat a men's basketball record.

If you want to avoid ESPN it's pretty easy to do in this day and age.
