Who is calling the plays for Tennesee offense. I understand that our offense is lacking some talent but the play calling seems rather amateurish and ugly. JMHO thats all.:hi:

i feel it has been very predictable thus far though with a inexperience at vital areas i can kinda see why

Actually, Bajakian makes Randy Sanders look like a high school coach.

I still, to this very day, have not seen a worse offensive coordinator than Randy Sanders.

Where is Rick Clausen when you need him? I mean honestly I'd take him all day as our starter. Never thought I would actually say that.

I think it's mainly a case of the whole team trying to run a new offense...of course that offense requires a good dual threat QB so it's going to be tough regardless of how well the other 10 execute...I'm old school - with the line we have I'd line up in the I and play power football...probably be 3-2 at this point if we did that...

Hell, I consider Jim Bob Cooter at this point. How bad can it get, plus in a tight situation like this you can never go wrong with a good cooter.

Talent makes all the difference. Urban Meyer has made a living by running the QB.

Running the qb is one thing but only having 4 formations n the same keys is to predictable ...folks it will not be successful in the sec.. just look at the big boys.. they run smash mouth pro type off n do it well..

This is rich rod 2 except he is at tn...

Also look at the best teams they have freshman all over the field if they r good get them on the field.. r u telling me a freshman can't run the same 4 plays..

Im still in but the coaches have to show me something other than big east football..

Someone that forgot more about the game than you will ever know. JMHO

BTW, the task of play calling is overrated. Being an offensive coordinator and calling plays are two different things entirely.

LOL

Our fans are embarrassing themselves. Do you really believe Rick Clausen would be better in a spread option offense? :birgits_giggle:

NEED to do what CBJ said he would do..... Conform to the players on campus. He has not changed "his" also known as "bajaikien's" offense one bit to fit the players !!!

What's funny is some dumbasses thought Chaney was the problem! Lmao!

Chaney had some issues committing to the run, but he is light years better than Bajakian. I do feel for Bajakian though as he has to deal with Worely(crapton 2.0). Wait, at least crapton could throw out of the bootleg

Yeah Bajakian has not impressed so far but my god people Chaney had Bray plus Hunter, Rogers, CP, Rivera, Stocker and DMO who are all playing in the NFL, I mean come on its not rocket science.

when Hunter and Rogers came in as freshman that had the opportunity to grow bc of Jones and DMO plus Stocker.

CP is probably the most dynamic player in the History of Vols football.

Did everyone expect the offense to look like last years? I do not care who the OC was this year it was going to be a struggle.

We are still installing our offense. Spread is but on speed skill players. I think we are lacking all over the field in that category.

What?

How old are you? I am going to chalk this up as youthful ignorance.

He's not remotely in the ball park of Tony Robinson, among others. Do you even know anything about Stanley Morgan? Carl Pickens? Had both an interception and a TD reception in the Cotton Bowl when it was one of the big four major bowls.

No, of course not. There is no way you could have known given the absurdity of the claim
