I took the top 30 coach salaries and added a column for the number of wins, then I divided by the number of wins as of Oct 25, 2017.

WHO'S DOING THE MOST, WITH THE LEAST?

Probably Wisconsin -- ranked # 5 and the coach isnt even listed on that list -- I have to Google to find out who he is Paul Chryst

The story of that entire program is "doing the most with the least." Alvarez as AD is supposedly difficult to work with and has run off coaches, but they are always a solid team, occasionally a great team, yet rarely land any kid over a 3-star.

You need to eliminate the requirement of 'Top 30 coaches salary'. Otherwise, how can you tell who is truly getting more wins at least cost?

Agree! But I have a real job and I don't have time to do the data analysis for 120 teams. BUT if you want, i'll email you the file.
