Kevin Simon. Cause we need him to..

I think the key to us winning is our defensive ends because UF offense seems to go on what the ends do so they better be on there game.

I thought you meant a single player. The entire defense setting the tempo is the key to winning this game. If the defense can put the handcuffs on the Gator offense, I think our offense will get the job done.

Our WRs need to hold on to the ball too! :huggy:

Allen. He should play a huge part in shutting down Chad Jackson, a huge part of the UF passing game.

I hope that everyone on our defense has a blowing, hard hitting, knocking, punching, rapping, slapping, thumping, bashing, battering, bludgeoning, clobbering, hammering, lambasting, licking, pounding, pummelling, thrashing kind of day. :aggressive:

It could be any VOL, But i like our D-front as a group at the snap if Gator linemen make contact but dont square up or back off their block quick its a option , screen, or quick dump.

I agree with Milo, Jason Allen is the man. He will make the biggest impact. On offense, we need Riggs to run all over them.

I think the offensive line needs to have a better game, as a whole. If they can establish and push a line of scrimmage, Riggs and Clausen will take care of business.

Defensively, I have a feeling that Haralson will give Meyer's option attack fits and will have pressure on Leak from the first snap. Allen will be a factor because they will go AWAY from him, so that necessitates the other side stepping up. Whoever is playing OLB on the opposite side from Allen will have opportunities to make some game-breaking plays.

I think Allen playing well is a given...UM is smart enough to avoid his side I think so I would have to go with Mahelona or Haralson because pressure is key in this game...THE key.

If we're going to stop the option, the Defensive Ends will have to play at the top of their game.

And i will go so far to say, the key is going to be whoever is playng cornerback and safety for UT opposite Jason Allen.

Urban Meyer is smart enough to know

1) probably cant run or pass on Jason Allen's side of the field
2) Tenn's defense is good enough to shut Florida's running game down

which basically means he is going to be throwing all day to other side of the field against whoever is playing cb and fs for UT

the reality is the way our offense played against UAB, if we get in a scoring contest against Florida were probably going to lose. Our defense has to shut Florida down and hold them probably to less then 20 points.

the whole game hinges on how well the cb and fs on the other side of the field from jason allen plays. I guess that will be jonathon wade or hefney.

Yes, both lines.

We need to ram it down their throat on offense with a strong rushing effort, and we need our d-line to get pressure and disrupt.
