Who is Levi Smith??

Just heard his name put out there by our local reporter Alex Dykes in the TriCities area. He's got a pretty good resume down at the local Y with youth football and has connections in several high profile areas with local athletes.

This is what was said and Hyams and others are beginning to get on it. Anyone got any info on this guy?!
