Who do you think some of the most over-rated past Vols have been?

O.J. Owens comes to mind for me. I think he was the top rated safety in the nation coming out of high school.

My vote is for Eric Locke. Nevermind his Dad, the guy went from all purpose game breaker to the bench in a matter of about 3 games.

I hope this all changes, but Jabari Davis and Cedric Houston are poised to be ranked pretty highly on the list.

How about Chris Simms? Even though, not technically a Vol, he did not turn out to be that great a big game player like we need in the SEC. He was similar to that of AJ Suggs or Brandon Stewart.

Though many disagree...I think Simms was a very good college QB under a horrible OC at Texas

Locke is a pretty good choice. As for Sims, I was thinking more along the lines of people that were actually on the team.

I think Gerald Riggs has to be a candidate at this point.

There's a big difference between being stupid and being overrated. KW definitely got a big head and talked too much, but he had some big games when he was healthy.
