TL;DR is that lines used to form in front of Kyle Field for tickets a week in advance and everyone would camp out. Because this was a big logistical problem, students wrote down everyone's name and order on a list and would do a roll call every few hours so you were free to move around. This changed when two students cut in line and ATE ONE OF THE LISTS.
