Taking the ND job would have been a career killer. Meyer was smart enough to know ND was a barren wasteland on the talent level.i really don't understand this logic that ND is his dream job, yet he turned it down to take less money and go to florida.

Then immediately tanked. Can only be two reasons. The talent well ran dry, or Weis sucks as a coach. Maybe a little of both?
