Any idea of value as is. If working properly?

Not really. We used to abuse the heck out of them though... send the Jeep over cliffs in the empty lot across the street and stuff. The Hot Wheels and Matchbox all have extreme body damage. Still have Electric Football too. The one where the guys spin in circles or get stuck against the sidelines.

As far as I know they never did get that type of football game to work properly. I had one around 1960-65 and it did exactly what yours did.

I have another football game from the 60s. I think it's called Photo Electric Football. There are offensive cards with a runners path and defensive cards with alignments. Each player picked one and laid them on a screen with a light bulb underneath and the runner was tackled when a defender was in his path.
