That's what I thought too. So all of those throwing blame on Hart need to consider that. There has been so much hype on here about Gruden and how Hart needs to let us know something and I have to laugh. I would bet the normal coach search doesn't include an AD telling a fan base which direction he is heading and how it is progressing. CALM DOWN!!
