Same can be said about avoiding Fulmer in that chain of command. Clearly, the whistleblower wanted it only with competent hands.The fact that the person went to Plowman first and not the ncaa or media blowhards like Pete Thamel or Dan Wolken both of which would have devoted the next 6 months to writing about the scandal of the century definitely demonstrates they placed the best interests of the program before themselves.
