I swear upon a bottle of George Dickel not only me, but several others over for the game saw #8 as well.

I just looked at the dress roster for yesterday and there was no number 8 listed. I looked at the whole team roster and Crompton was the only number 8 listed...So I am guessing that u probably saw another number that looked like 8...Possibly Kevin Simon(2) or Adam Myers-White(3)

I saw an 8 myself and it looked like it was in the secondary. Strange..

Are u absolutely positively sure it wasn't a number 3(Myers-White,DB). 3 and 8 look identical on the jerseys when they are on the field.

I saw an 8 on the jumbotron when replaying a play.

Maybe Crompton faked his injury so we could play him in the secondary. HAHAHA

Unless it is a case of someones jersey tearing and that was the only other one that they could have put on

I took 64 photo's but only about 20-25 once the the game started.

Looking thru them, I dont see a DB #8 could have been Mayo#7 LB?
After all that heat and sun, I was seeing double as well.

But it will be fun about mid week to watch the game again and see if there was an #8 in the secondary.

The only number 8 i saw was on jonathan. In his sling. Needs to hurry and get that off before next year we willnt have rick to save us maybe he will!!
