My hope is that Dobbs plays, but I dont want dobbs to get hurt either. Then again that does not seem likely given our O line, and the fact that we play mizzou next week. I feel a lot better about playing them.

I think Worley's time as starter has come to an end. Dobbs is more athletic, has better arm strength, appears to be as - if not more - accurate, and throws a much tighter spiral. Dobbs will only get better with more snaps, and with his redshirt burned, expect him to get a ton.

He's done. He tried but he will to have to get that thumb checked out. Taping it again won't do him any favors. It's going to be interesting to see Dobbs bringing the spread offense out against Missouri's. As long as J. Smith doesn't drop critical balls, the vols might be competitive.
