Who will (or should) return kicks for UT?

Does anyone know if they've decided on whose going to return kicks and punts? I hope they don't continue to go with Hefney, who hasn't done anything the last couple of years back there.

Lucas Taylor would be good. I heard they had Meachem back returning kicks in the scrimmages. Any truth to this?
