this year. Roughly 1200 yards given up to the last two spread teams. One with a 3rd string QB

They have hit a run of talent that doesnt match up to previous teams.

Good but not elite.

LB depth and only average secondary. Bama and LSU are showcasing what can happen when large chunks of your roster go pro a year early.

I thought Kiffin looked bad tonight. That last drive was horrible and they looked like they had never practiced a 2 minute offense.

...the thought of bama hearts breaking, full of sorrow and doubt will make for great comfort.

Gonna sleep like a baby.

I don't think Kirby does s*hit with that defense. It's Saban's defense. Kiffin's play calling was absolutely awful, and any defensive shortcomings fall on Saban.

I'm not sure if it is really a question of talent, because they are still supremely talented. Maybe not quite as strong on the defensive line or linebacker as previous years though.

The D did not play well, but it was Lamo who gave OS momentum with his play calling in 2nd &3rd quarters. Bama had a 21-6 lead with only 8 minutes left in the 2nd and Henry/Yeldon only had 23 totals carries in the game......wow!

meh. team loss at worst imo. OSU wanted it more on both sides. OSU had over 100yds rushing in the 1st quarter alone

if not for the early tosu turnovers, it could have been a replay of OU-bama from last year

Bama had short fields tonight for the most part, and tosu was often times in their own 10

Their secondary is soft as hell for all the stars they have.

Saban has to ditch Smart. Modern offenses are leaving him in the dust. Hell, even UT had flashes of success against him with a glued together OL.

Their punter was damn near automatic. That's clutch as it gets.

I have to admit I did not see this coming. It could not happen to a better bunch. I know when Oklahoma beat that a** last year the excuse was the Tide didn't care. I wonder what the excuse will be this year.

Sabans teams have played bad in big games that the team was almost equal to them the last two years! That's on lil nicky.
