Who's going to call USC's defensive plays

I didn't realize that Orgeron was the defensive coordinator and that Monte is the assistant head coach. Surely they aren't paying Monte over a million dollars a year to not call plays and not coach a position.

Monte has always been heavily involved with the DBs everywhere he's coached.
