No one is. That's why Fulmer will lose the respect of his team. He wants them to face up to their obligations, but yet he won't do it himself.

This is all lawyers speaking, not Fulmer or UT. The NCAA lawyers don't want him served due to their ongoing litigation with TG and the snooping into secret testimony. If they win then Fulmer will be served and gladly respond by saying that he cannot answer those question because of a court order sealing any secret testimony. That will blow TG and the loser Bama fans all the way back to when the state of Alabama was part of the sea bed and destroy any supposed evidence TG thinks he has. All this is is TG stiring the pot and get PF to tell all about the NCAA and trying to make the NCAA, Fulmer and UT take a hard fall. In the end their will be bad feelings on both sides and Bama plus Gallion will look horrible and set the program back 50 years in the eyes of the nation and recruits.

This statement says it all:
"University presidents founded the NCAA as our governing body some 100 years ago and it has served college football well. There are those who want to attack the integrity of the NCAA's enforcement authority, but I do not believe they will be successful in intimidating the NCAA or other coaches from doing what is right."

But they did, Fulmer stayed here.

Wrong! There is a convoluted legal process going on and the lawyers for Fulmer, the NCAA, the CFA and UT told him to stay out of Bama until their lawsuit is heard andjudged upon. Gallion is trying to make an end run on the legal system and got it broke off in him.

There will be members of the UTAD and UT Adminastration accompaning the players.

Screw Bama...

They simply got caught with their pants down and they can't handle it.

Fulmer is following the advice of his attorneys; everything will be just fine.
