Wish you had been on the board sooner, because I was in NO last Fall. Stayed at a rather nice hotel on Canal Street. I could have bought your dinner one evening but, of course, too late now.

Think you could get me a seat in the kitchen at Emeril's? I called for reservations last time we were down there and they laughed at me. Said it was a 3 month wait! BAM!

Anyway, can't imagine actually living in N'awlins. Just a weekend dang near kills a man.
