Given they are in a full-on damage control situation and need to convince the NCAA they are reforming their ways (to squelch any death penalty talk) I'd say it's a toss up between Franklin Graham and the Pope.

They may not need a head coach for a couple years after the death penalty gets served. I'd wait until the trial is over and suspend the season for now.

AD will need to be replaced short term.
