Then you don't watch one minute of football.

Mississippi has a better offense than State. So does Arkansas and Tennessee.

I'm sorry. I don't find being 3-2 a bit damn funny.

I don't find my favorite team struggling, a bit damn funny.

And I sure as hell don't find having to put up with "fans" that either cry and whine all the time or think they have it all figured out, if only their favorite players could play more that we would suddenly be undefeated again, a bit damn funny.

Aside from that, I think we should submit this for "Joke of the Year", cause God knows it's the funniest thing I have *ever* seen.

Damn. I always figure I can laugh about something if it makes me feel better. I would also challenge you to look at where Tennessee ranks offensively.
I don't like our record either, but I'm not going to start an argument with you. Hope you don't take offense to my next sarcastic smart ass joke. :peace:

I don't mean or want to argue with you.

You aren't one of the "fans" that I mentioned.

I just don't find it funny comparing us to these teams. Regardless where we rank.

I've read enough of the donsarge BS to do me all year without this type of BS too. No offense personally, I'm just tired of it from a bunch of others.

Okay, fair enough. But right now it's reality and we have to laugh to keep from crying.

Interesting quote from today's Huntsville Times from Tide DC:

http://www.al.com/sports/huntsvilletimes/i...ll=1&thispage=1

But the numbers, or lack thereof, posted by the Vol offense mean nothing to Tide defensive coordinator Joe Kines.

"All I know is what I see on tape," Kines said. "I didn't major in math. I'm a P.E. major. They've got good people, and they've got a good scheme. It's the same thing they've been doing for the last 10, 12, 14 years. It's a day's work."

how many more games have the other teams played?

Make no mistake, our offense has been pretty bad, but the numbers are skewed a little by the fact that we've run up against 4 top 10 teams in our first 5 games.

I'll take the Fulmer route and base my vote on potential! UT hands down!

Let me just say that I am a UT-Martin graduate and I love that they are having a successful season. Our new coach is obviously a good find for us. But, I in no way defend the ridiculous posts of WesCharge.

What years were you here?

Our new coach will move on to better ground very soon if he turns our program around. Maybe UT will look at him in a couple of years! He is hard core...I like that. The heck with clapping our hands when we screw up, that is for the birds. :mf_surrender:

my folks graded from there... UTM that is, way back when. I went their to visit my buddy who is still ROTC at martin. Cool campus, i really liked the Mexican restaurant with 2 dollar 32 ounce drafts and 2 dollar jose shots. Don't know much about their offense, but they sure know how to save some money :)

I voted for UT-Martin.  Their offensive production is much greater than UTs, and so is their record!

Put them in the SEC and see how good they look!
