The Whole Cast is funny but i think Uncle Ruckus is the funniest only because of the Uncle Ruckus Reality Show Episode. " Is this the **** you n***as wear nowadays? This look like a damn astronaut shoe! I'm black, I'm not walkin' to the moon! I'm walkin' to the liquor store!"

Always liked Huey as the best character, so he's at the top of my favorites.

Going more solely towards humor though, while the Tom & Sarah stuff has a special place & Ruckus is humorous, the clear winner here would have to be:
