Why did nd open up with purdue?

Purdue has been beating them frequently. Looks like 0-1. Way to start a new era.

Marve is going to be solid. Still wish he would have choose us but thats the past. If Purdue had Ralph Bolden they would probably smack ND today, without him they have no running attack outside of Marve and the freshman Tebow like kid they put in on the one drive.

P.S.: This game was scheduled years ago so ND had no clue they would be opening a "new Era"

Notre Dame is looking pretty good right now. I said they would be better this year than last year.
