I missed it, too. But, as a general rule, if you play for Miami it is validly assumed that you did something wrong and so they don't really have to have a reason.

Sort of like killing all the gophers.

From what I understand he was the wide cover guy on the punt (I think) and the announcer said he thought the player got into it with the other player as he was trying to get down field to cover the punt. They really did not go into it much and from what I remember they never showed a replay.

I would have been out on the field serving warrants during the game.

Four hours would not have been enough. M-26 tasers don't work against guys that big.

I thought they did. I don'twant to sound like Rusty Shackelford (AKA bammer fans) but I think that is the first time I have ever seen that. I can't ever remember seeing it handled like that.

I would be surprised if someone didn't get ejected from a Miami/FSU game.

OH, I agree Storm. I was just surprised that they never said why it happened.

True. I thought maybe it was a new rule or something. The home team picks a player to be ejected during the first half.

Should've had State Troopers parked everywhere along the sideline and cops w/ papers ready to serve when someone scores a TD
