a Healthy LSU would beat them and the UGA team toward's the end of the year would beat them as well....USC is garbage they LOST to stanford STANFORD who played with a backup qb and Oregon beat them they wouldn't even be in the rose bowl if Dixon goes down...It's amazing how fast they forget that USC lost to STANFORD I forgot how big of a powerhouse the cardinals are

a healthy LSU and a healthy USC would be a hell of a game.

the same thing that plagued LSU in the middle of the season is the same thing that plagued USC. Injuries, and USC just had too many to overcome. Booty played the Stanford game with a broken hand or something.

anyway, USC is very, very good.

there isn't a single team with a legit gripe about not getting into the NC game

USC would dismantle UGA.
. . . in a bad, bad way.

UGA is getting an unbelievable amount of mileage out of beating Florida. The reason the media is all over USC is because they're good.

and the losses to a sorry SC team and a decent UT team don't seem to matter at all.

USC's resume doesn't impress me at all. Show me their best win. ASU, who got ripped by Texas? Illinois? Everyone knows Illinois was a sacrificial lamb for the "tradition" of the Rose Bowl.

I know UGA's win over Hawaii was on par with USC's, but their overall resume blows the Trojans out of the water.

...and finishing with wins over Auburn, Ga Tech and Hawaii make them the hottest team in America.

Hawaii was about the 35th best team in America. Arizona State or Illinois would beat them by four touchdowns.

SCs resume is pretty lousy. they still don't have a quality WR. could they beat OSU/LSU/Georgia. of course. is it a lock. definetly not.

USC has done well under Carroll, with the exception of his first season where the average attendance was 57,744 by 2006 it was over 91,000. He wasn't even the leading candidate for the position. I'd say that's why you hear hype about USC, they sure looked good in their bowl game this year.
