Why is Tony Stewart so Mad?

Rumor has it, (see attached photo evidence) that because he has gained a few extra pounds recently his doctors have told him he has to drink Light BEER! This didn't sit well with Tony as you can imagine.

Things all came to a head in the Nascar trailer at Daytona when Kurt Busch pulled out a Premium Lager and started chugging it down in front of Stewart. This caused Stewart to take a Swing at Kurt and the fight was on. Nascar is still deciding whether to press charges against Kurt for inciting a one man Riot!

Fast forward to Atlanta. Stewart had all kinds of problems racing at Atlanta and he is very persistent on blaming it on the tires. Again the rumor is that his on board Cooler ran out of Light Beer, thus inciting the rage inside the 20 car. Hang in there Tony! A few more weeks and you'll be back on the Good Stuff. I feel your pain Brother, I feel your pain!

Nominee for post of the day.


Rumor now has it that they are going to allow him to have Milwaukee's Best, which they don't think he'll drink much of. Question now is will this just increase the rage level.

Thats pertty bad if a drunk Tony Stewart outran almost everybody else at ATL. What does that say about JR, Gordon, Johnson.........:question:

I know you are not serious..... Tony can't get drunk on light beer! And besides he ran out...... read the post again.

This is a very good theory but I know for a fact that when he went to toyota they insisted he drink a foriegn beer , so it's the yengleng beer that's got him ticked off !! This picture is fake and the bottles were digitaly installed by budwiser to replace the yengleng bottles just for promotion !! :crazy:

Caution flew with nine to go after Brian Vickers' car spat debris onto the racetrack. Stewart wanted to pit. Crew chief Greg Zipadelli talked him out of it. On the restart his teammate Hamlin sneaked by him, and then Harvick tried to do the same, wedging the No. 29 car inside the rear of Stewart's Toyota with less than two laps remaining. Suddenly there was spinning and much cursing over the radio, wrecked racecars and hurt feelings. Stewart has now led 769 of 1,506 laps contested at Bristol in the past three spring events. The best he has to show for it is 12th.

"I thought I left him plenty of room, but I don't know," he said after placing 14th Sunday. "I was far enough ahead of him that I didn't see where he hit me or when he hit me. I'm sure somehow it was my fault. I'm just sorry I got in his way."

Added Harvick: "It was mine to lose at that point, and I lost it. I got up under there with [two] laps to go, it was time to go, and I clipped the apron and I just lost the thing. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't want to spin out. It was just one of them deals where I was trying to get all I could."

The drivers weren't the only ones upset. After the race Harvick radioed for his spotter to apologize to Stewart's spotter for the contact. Harsh words ensued up on the roof of the 160,000-seat facility.

"I told my spotter to go over there and tell him what happened, and the first thing his spotter did was say he was going to whip somebody's ass, and if Tony didn't do it then he was going to do it. Tony and I are big boys, we can handle that, and we don't need somebody who doesn't have anything to do with anything," Harvick said.

"If his spotter wants to have a bad attitude about it, then we can all come down here and we'll handle it. Nobody is going to have a good attitude about getting wrecked. I understand that from Tony's standpoint. But his spotter was out of line, and I didn't appreciate it."

This is going to be an interesting week. Kevin and Tony have got this charity thing going and Harvick raised $100,000.00 to be able to wax Tony's back:question:. I would love to be a fly on the wall when they meet up to do it. I don't think Tony is really all that mad. If he thinks long and hard about Indy last year and Martinsvill is coming up next........... he might have a few ideas of his own. Besides he is still on probation.

what is harvick, like 5'3 120?? and always talkin smack.. I really wish him and tony werent as good of friends just to see what tony would have dont if it were someone else

At least he didn't win the race. What about Hamlin, can you believe the same thing happening again? He's the one who really should be pissed at Harvick. No caution, he wins. The extra laps made the difference, and Harvick didn't have enough laps left even if he passed Stewart cleanly.
