I thought it went without saying that there were a lot of Titans fans at a Titans home game. The Steelers have a very large fan base and they travel well. There could have been a lot of bandwagon fans that jumped off after the Houston game last week, thinking that without KVB or Haynesworth, Big Ben would chew up the titans' defense and the Steelers' defense is better than Houston's so...on paper it looked to be a rout.

Especially in areas like Middle Tennessee that haven't had an NFL team for a long time.

What did you expect? The Steelers fans are the ND fans of the NFL... lots of tradition = lots of bandwagon fans in every city. It's disgusting too - I hate bandwagon fans.

Edit: No offense to true Steelers fans though. It's just a fact.

If I had been an Oilers fan I would be a Titans fan now but the Steelers have been my team since back in the days of the Steel Curtain.

I once again agree that posters should have to be on the site for a while before they can post , it seems they start with the name calling and showing the type of person that they really are before they realize how things work . Please let up on me , you would've hurt my feelings if i could take you serious.

Cool . That sounds better anyway . The way the announcers talked it was covered with Steeler fans.

There were lots of Steelers fan there. Couldn't you hear their cheer everytime their TE caught the ball? The Heath Miller guy? Plus you could just see the towels everywhere in the stands.

He was just comparing it to previous years.

Read the first statement he wrote . There wasn't that many Steeler fans there . Sounds like you would have a disagreement with him , even though I get a feeling you had rather that I had said that bmb.

No - I don't care who said it either way. My eyes don't lie.

More than likely he was basing that off the fact in previous years Steelers fans have owned that stadium. There was a very significant amount there today. Yes - if you only take into account his first statement - then that's what he said... but that's just putting words in his mouth. If he actually meant that with or without the second part of his post - then he's just wrong and is in denial.

Either way - there were a lot of Steelers fans at a home game for the team with the best record in the NFL playing for the number 1 seed.
