The snub of netanyahu was unprecedented in the history of America, so much for obambi's claim he was going to be the consumate diplomat.

For a head of government to visit the White House and not pose for photographers is rare. For a key ally to be left to his own devices while the President withdraws to have dinner in private was, until this week, unheard of. Yet that is how Binyamin Netanyahu was treated by President Obama on Tuesday night, according to Israeli reports on a trip viewed in Jerusalem as a humiliation.

To put that in context east Jerusalem has been under the control of Israel since it's beginning.

The muslim claim of dispute is that they had conquered it a thousand years ago and once conquered by islam then that is always islamic territory, they still claim the Iberian penensula and parts of the Balkans which Bush I, Clinton and Bush II aided them in reclaiming recently.

When Israel was established the arabs in the area were awarded transjordan but when the government of Jordan was established they prevented migration and that is why we still have palistinian refugee camps in gaza and Lebanon, many arabs elected to stay in Israel although the are mostly Christian arabs rather than muslims.

Israel recently forcibly evected Jewish settlers from Gaza and what did they get in return, two whole freaking days of no rocket attacks, thanks for the peace hamas.
